Freedom Summers

Freedom Summers, based on the 1964 voter registration campaign, is where the Twin Ports Black community comes together. From July through August local leaders lead workshops for all ages. Topics range from constructing kids games to Black history. FFC staff are on standby at each workshop, ready to help with voter registration. Through Freedom Summers we engage, empower, and educate!
